In an aggressive bid to win black voters ballots, President Donald Trump has reportedly created a “Platinum Plan” which seeks to increase funding to black communities by almost $500 billion and designate the KKK and Antifa as terrorist groups. The president also plans to make lynching a national hate crime among other initiatives aimed at raising the level of fairness, security, prosperity, and opportunity for blacks all over America, Fox News reports.
The Trump campaign machinery will attempt to paint rival Joe Biden black and make African-Americans and Hispanics believe that Biden does not have their best interests at heart.
“For decades, Democrat politicians like Joe Biden have taken Black voters for granted,” Trump is expected to say according to his campaign Platinum Plan. “They made you big promises before every election—and then the moment they got to Washington, they abandoned you and sold you out.”
He will then attempt to roll out a four-year plan in which he will lure black voters to vote for him by telling them he will increase their funding to capital by about $500 billion, make lynching a national hate crime, and declare Antifa and KKK terrorist organizations. According to Fox News, the Platinum Plan will create three million new jobs in black communities and create 500,000 new black-operated businesses with the nearly $500 billion boosts.
The KKK is a secret society of white Southerners in the United States who fought against the freeing of black slaves and adopts terrorist aggression to silence blacks. The Antifa on the other hand is a left-wing political movement that describes itself as anti-fascist. Declaring these organizations as terrorists would be declaring them as illegal, with any of their activities prosecutable under the law – something Trump had not been keen to do before this time.
But that is not all, the president also promises to declare Juneteenth a national holiday if voted in for a second term in office.
He equally plans to execute a “Second Step Act” in which black churches can apply for federal resources and access better healthcare and home-ownership opportunities as well as provide protection for historically black-owned educational institutions. Trump is also expected to raise Pell grants and increase access to vocational jobs and employment training programs or apprenticeship within and outside black communities.
